About us

Broadwell and Coalway Playgroup was established in 1984. We are a registered charity run by a parent's committee on a not for profit basis.

Children are cared for by small, stable and dedicated teams of staff who hold appropriate early years qualifications. They are assisted by additional staff for children with special educational needs.

We have strong links with the adjoining infant school and a member of its staff has a place on the Playgroup’s committee.

We are regularly inspected by OFSTED. We are also members of PATA.
